Rachel Sender is a Rotterdam-based editorial illustrator from Barcelona. Through illustration, education, and community initiatives, she explores how people connect, communicate, and make sense of the world around them.






Cover proposal for biology magazine Cell. This illustration was to go together with the article by the team at G-Lab who have made outstanding discoveries for spinal recovery. The ilustration represents the importance of the muscle spindles (represented with the blue spiral) for the recovery of the injured patients.
